Every company must have at least one director which may be a natural person or corporate entity with the exception of companies having a single shareholder, for which the director must be a natural person. Directors are responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations, governance, administration and management are executed correctly and that matters are suitably recorded by means of board meetings, for which the minimum is one per calendar year. It is also the director’s duty to ensure that the company is compliant with the Companies Act at all times. The appointment of a suitable company secretary is also part of the director’s role.
At CDF Company Services Ltd we are able to provide such services through highly experienced individuals. Our clients may benefit from peace of mind that their company is being led by talented and professional persons who will steer the company to reach its ultimate potential, objectives and targets.
